The start pack is a one time purchase. Gold and Elite membership have a £50 per month fee payable to Bizboxx. You will also have Shopify fee's for your store which are typically around £25 per month.

We offer lifetime support to all Elite members! Starter pack customers will receive 30 days of support. Starter pack support provides some revisions and handover support. Elite support includes providing answers and guidance to any questions you might have about your store, advertising, dropshipping, white/private labelling, suppliers, tech support and anything in general. With the expertise of our team, we ensure you're equipped with the tools to succeed.

By the end of our 30-day support period, you'll be fully equipped to run your store independently. However, many clients choose to continue working with us through our growth services, which include ongoing branding, optimisation, scaling strategies, and advanced marketing support. These services are completely optional and can be discussed during your support period.

We do not do any advertising for your store. However, we do provide free social media posts for Start Store buyers (Valued at £1,000) and x10 ready‑made ad copy templates for Elite members (valued at £5000 to launch effective advertising campaigns quickly.

When starting out we recommend you spend £5-£10 per day for at least two weeks to test your ad creatives. Once you have actionable data and providing you are seeing a good ROAS from your adverts, then spending more will equal more sales. You must factor this into financial plan - Have a marketing budget set aside.

Yes! You own the store 100%. We have absolutely no control over it once it's built and delivered to you. It's yours to keep and do whatever you want with as the new owner.

We will provide you support to help you access the Shopify store and use it for 30 days. We'll also give you a step by step guide on how to access and make changes to your store. However, if you ever need help you can email our customer success team. Elite members receive unlimited 7 days a week lifetime support.

For starter stores we will communicate with you via email to get your shop built. After launch, successful store owners typically spend 10-15 hours per week managing their business. Elite members spend more time working on their business and are therfore more successful. We also do lots of the hard work for you to make operations highly efficient, allowing you to focus on growth rather than day-to-day management.

Dropshipping allows you to run a store without holding inventory or managing shipping logistics. When a customer places an order on your website, you order from the supplier using automated software, and the product ships directly to the customer. This store capitalises on branded dropshipping, which focuses on building long-term customer relationships through professional, trustworthy store designs.
